The key management system is modular by design. You can start with the number of keys you need today and expand the system as your organisation grows. You can choose the number of key positions, the size of the cabinet, and the colour to match your environment.
There are two types of key modules: a 5-key module (~24 cm) and a 10-key module (~47 cm). Installation is straightforward — as soon as the cabinet is connected to the local network and power supply, the embedded industrial PC starts up and the system is ready to use immediately.
The system supports multiple identification methods: PIN code via touch screen, RFID card (compatible with virtually all card types), or a combination of both. Biometric palm and face scan identification is also available. Only authorised persons can access only those keys they have rights to — all other keys remain securely locked.
In case of emergency, a dedicated emergency key and button allow instant access to all keys simultaneously. The system integrates with fire alarms, access control systems, and other security infrastructure for full cooperative security management.
The key management systems are certified and comply with European security standards. The modular design ensures long-term reliability and ease of maintenance.
In case of a power outage, the cabinet has a built-in UPS power supply that allows continued operation for up to 1.5 hours.
The system features a full WEB interface for online mode operation. You can book a key remotely from home using a smartphone or laptop — all you need is an internet connection and a web browser. An optional built-in camera records every key pickup and return for full video audit trail.
